– 1/2 kg turkey breast (cut into cubes)
– 300g button mushrooms
– 1 head of broccoli
– 250g spinach
– Lard for frying (you can use olive oil instead)
– 3 cloves garlic
– Provencal herbs
Melt lard/oil in a frying pan, add turkey and fry until seared. Add mushrooms, broccoli, and salt. Cover for 10 minutes until broccoli is tender. Add spinach and herbs, cover and cook for another couple of minutes. Turn off, add crushed garlic, stir and serve.
