Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee n\u00e1s nebude \u00fapln\u011b m\u00e1lo. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l t\u00edm v\u00edc lid\u00ed obecn\u011b, kte\u0159\u00ed trp\u00ed n\u011bjakou chronickou nemoc\u00ed, ale m\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee procento lid\u00ed s histori\u00ed PPP, kte\u0159\u00ed \u0159e\u0161\u00ed sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed je opravdu vysok\u00e9. Nebo jsem to jen j\u00e1, kdo na n\u011b po\u0159\u00e1d nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed? P\u0159ece jen, \u010dlov\u011bk si do \u017eivota p\u0159itahuje v\u011bci, kter\u00fdm v\u011bnuje energii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CS\">Lid\u00e9 s\u00a0histori\u00ed PPP m\u00edvaj\u00ed probl\u00e9m s p\u0159ijet\u00edm vlastn\u00edho t\u011bla a se vztahem sama k\u00a0sob\u011b, alespo\u0148 j\u00e1 to tak m\u00e1m. A p\u0159itom je to tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed, jak se sami na sebe d\u00edv\u00e1me a pe\u010dujeme o sebe, jak se m\u00e1me r\u00e1di. Na\u0161e my\u0161lenky utv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed na\u0161i budoucnost. Pokud si jen st\u00e1le \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me, co v\u0161echno se n\u00e1m na na\u0161em t\u011ble nel\u00edb\u00ed, tak se to z\u00e1konit\u011b mus\u00ed d\u0159\u00edv nebo pozd\u011bji na na\u0161em zdrav\u00ed n\u011bjak projevit. V\u011b\u0159te mi, \u017ee j\u00e1 u\u017e se roky sna\u017e\u00edm m\u00edt sv\u00e9 t\u011blo r\u00e1da, cvi\u010d\u00edm j\u00f3gu, zkou\u0161ela jsem afirmace, ru\u0161 terapii, EFT a dal\u0161\u00ed praktiky. A to v\u0161echno mi moc pomohlo a st\u00e1le pom\u00e1h\u00e1. N\u011bkdy se mi to da\u0159\u00ed l\u00e9pe, n\u011bkdy h\u016f\u0159e, ale je\u0161t\u011b jsem nikdy nedosp\u011bla do stavu, \u017ee bych ka\u017ed\u00fd den mohla \u0159\u00edct: &#8222;Ano, j\u00e1 svoje t\u011blo m\u00e1m r\u00e1da takov\u00e9 jak\u00e9 je.&#8220; N\u011bkdy mi n\u011bkde vzadu v hlav\u011b n\u011bjak\u00fd hl\u00e1sek na\u0161ept\u00e1v\u00e1 (tak\u00e9 ob\u010das \u0159ve) co v\u0161echno je na m\u00e9m t\u011ble \u0161patn\u011b, a\u0165 u\u017e jde o m\u00e9 proporce, ekz\u00e9m, dosavadn\u00ed ne\u00fasp\u011bchy s ot\u011bhotn\u011bn\u00edm, tr\u00e1vic\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee nebo nafoukl\u00e9 b\u0159icho. Ale po\u0159\u00e1d se o to sna\u017e\u00edm, pracuju na sob\u011b, proto\u017ee kdybych na sob\u011b nepracovala, bylo by to je\u0161t\u011b mnohem hor\u0161\u00ed. Ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1m, \u017ee nem\u00e1m dobr\u00e9 dny, to v\u016fbec ne, dobr\u00fdch dn\u016f je spousta, ale tak\u00e9 chci, aby lidi v\u011bd\u011bli, \u017ee i patn\u00e1ct let po tom, co se n\u011bkdo z\u00a0bulimie nebo jin\u00e9 PPP vyl\u00e9\u010dil, m\u016f\u017ee ve vztahu k\u00a0sob\u011b a sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu st\u00e1le m\u00edt ob\u010das n\u011bjak\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 kdy\u017e mu zdrav\u00ed neslou\u017e\u00ed tak jak by m\u011blo. Chci o tom mluvit, proto\u017ee n\u011bkdo dal\u0161\u00ed si mo\u017en\u00e1 proch\u00e1z\u00ed n\u011b\u010d\u00edm podobn\u00fdm a moc se o tom nemluv\u00ed. J\u00e1 v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee kdy\u017e o sv\u00fdch probl\u00e9mech budu mluvit, tak t\u00edm m\u016f\u017eu pomoct nejen sob\u011b, ale i ostatn\u00edm pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee jsem si n\u011b\u010d\u00edm podobn\u00fdm sama pro\u0161la a v\u00edm s \u010d\u00edm se pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed. Sama v\u00edm, jak mi pom\u00e1h\u00e1 a inspiruje m\u011b \u010d\u00edst p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhy lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed si pro\u0161li n\u011b\u010d\u00edm podobn\u00fdm jako j\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CS\">Ned\u00e1vno jsem str\u00e1vila prodlou\u017een\u00fd v\u00edkend na cest\u00e1ch a po m\u011bs\u00edci, kdy jsem ze sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku vy\u0159adila t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161echno ovoce (proto\u017ee jsem m\u011bla podez\u0159en\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k\u00a0m\u00fdm tr\u00e1vic\u00edm obt\u00ed\u017e\u00edm), jsem se rozhodla ho za\u0159adit zp\u011bt. Kdy\u017e cestujete, nen\u00ed v\u017edy mo\u017enost si j\u00eddlo na\u00a0cel\u00fd den p\u0159ipravit (jako to d\u011bl\u00e1m za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch okolnost\u00ed) a ovoce je na cest\u00e1ch nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed sva\u010dina. Nen\u00ed sice dobr\u00e9 to s\u00a0ovocem p\u0159eh\u00e1n\u011bt a cp\u00e1t se j\u00edm od r\u00e1na do ve\u010dera, ale \u00fapln\u011b ho dlouhodob\u011b vynech\u00e1vat ur\u010dit\u011b tak\u00e9 nen\u00ed nejlep\u0161\u00ed, u\u017e kv\u016fli vitam\u00edn\u016fm, kter\u00e9 ovoce obsahuje. Stejn\u011b jsem nem\u011bla pocit, \u017ee by u m\u011b po vysazen\u00ed ovoce nastala n\u011bjak\u00e1 v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 zm\u011bna. Jedin\u00e9, co mi vysazen\u00ed ovoce p\u0159ineslo, byl dojem, \u017ee nic nem\u016f\u017eu a \u017ee se mus\u00edm je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edc omezovat a za\u010daly u m\u011b nab\u00edhat nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 my\u0161lenky, kter\u00e9 zn\u00e1m moc dob\u0159e z dob, kdy jsem m\u011bla bulimii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CS\">Tyto nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 pocity byly je\u0161t\u011b umocn\u011bny t\u00edm, kdy\u017e jsem zjistila, \u017ee jsem od za\u010d\u00e1tku roku, tedy od t\u00e9 doby, co jsem s AIP za\u010dala, p\u0159ibrala asi \u010dty\u0159i kila, co\u017e na AIP nen\u00ed moc obvykl\u00e9. Opravdu m\u011b to nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b p\u0159ekvapilo, proto\u017ee v\u011bt\u0161inou lid\u00e9 uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee na AIP dost zhubli (nen\u00ed divu, kdy\u017e nem\u016f\u017eete j\u00edst skoro \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 sacharidy a j\u00edte pouze zeleninu, maso, zdrav\u00e9 tuky a trochu ovoce). Doma v\u00e1hu nem\u00e1m, ale za\u010dala jsem nejd\u0159\u00edve m\u00edt pocit, \u017ee se p\u0159i j\u00f3ze n\u011bjak h\u016f\u0159 dost\u00e1v\u00e1m do n\u011bkter\u00fdch pozic, pak mi za\u010daly b\u00fdt t\u011bsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u017e\u00edny a kdy\u017e jsem se kone\u010dn\u011b na n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b u zn\u00e1m\u00fdch zv\u00e1\u017eila, byla jsem docela p\u0159ekvapen\u00e1. Jak to, \u017ee tloustnu, kdy\u017e nej\u00edm skoro \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 sacharidy?! <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CS\">Samotnou m\u011b napadlo (a pak mi to potvrdily i dv\u011b kolegyn\u011b v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 poradkyn\u011b), \u017ee p\u0159ib\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee u n\u011bkoho na n\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e9 strav\u011b nastat pr\u00e1v\u011b z d\u016fvodu nedostate\u010dn\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu sacharid\u016f. T\u011blo m\u00e1 pocit, \u017ee je nouze (rozum\u011bj hladomor) a rad\u0161i si za\u010dne d\u011blat z\u00e1soby na hor\u0161\u00ed \u010dasy. U\u017e jsem stejn\u011b p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lela, \u017ee zkus\u00edm do sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku za\u010d\u00edt znovu n\u011bkter\u00e9 potraviny za\u0159azovat, tak pro\u010d ne i sacharidy. Sice mi v\u0161echny p\u0159\u00edznaky zdaleka nevymizely, ale jde tak\u00e9 o mou psychickou pohodu. Kv\u016fli m\u00e9 bulimick\u00e9 minulosti ve mn\u011b p\u0159ib\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 opravdu hodn\u011b nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 pocity a my\u0161lenky a nen\u00ed v\u017edy lehk\u00e9 se s t\u00edm srovnat, zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 kdy\u017e v\u00edm, \u017ee jsem se t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem stravovala s nejlep\u0161\u00edm v\u011bdom\u00edm a sv\u011bdom\u00edm, \u017ee pro sebe a sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed d\u011bl\u00e1m to nejlep\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CS\">Sarah Ballantyne v\u00a0The Paleo Approach p\u00ed\u0161e, \u017ee n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 mohou na AIP p\u0159ibrat, proto\u017ee byli nutri\u010dn\u011b podvy\u017eiven\u00ed a jejich hormony (inzulin, leptin, gherlin a kortizol) jsou rozha\u0161en\u00e9. Kdy\u017e t\u011blu za\u010dnete dod\u00e1vat dostate\u010dnou v\u00fd\u017eivu, za\u010dne si nejd\u0159\u00edve ukl\u00e1dat z\u00e1soby na hor\u0161\u00ed \u010dasy a hubnout pak za\u010dne a\u017e ve chv\u00edli, kdy je dostate\u010dn\u011b nutri\u010dn\u011b vy\u017eiven\u00e9. J\u00e1 jsem se ale u\u017e p\u0159ed za\u010d\u00e1tkem AIP stravovala kvalitn\u011b, tak\u017ee se p\u0159ikl\u00e1n\u00edm sp\u00ed\u0161e variant\u011b s\u00a0nedostatkem sacharid\u016f a mo\u017en\u00fdm nadbytkem tuk\u016f. Nemysl\u00edm si ale, \u017ee tuk\u016f konzumuju zase a\u017e tak moc, kdy\u017e vid\u00edm, kolik toho sn\u00ed n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed jin\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou na paleu nebo na n\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e9 diet\u011b. Nav\u00edc kdy\u017e sn\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed n\u011b\u010deho tu\u010dn\u00e9ho, d\u011bl\u00e1 se mi stejn\u011b t\u011b\u017eko, tak\u017ee to nep\u0159eh\u00e1n\u00edm. P\u0159i p\u0159ib\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed nebo hubnut\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt taky o to, jak\u00fd m\u00e1me denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem a v\u00fddej a jak\u00e1 v\u00e1ha je pro na\u0161e t\u011blo p\u0159irozen\u00e1 (nemus\u00ed to b\u00fdt tak n\u00edzk\u00e1 v\u00e1ha, jakou bychom si p\u0159edstavovali v\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b my). J\u00e1 jsem m\u011bla na paleu i na AIP \u010dasto hlad, zelenina m\u011b sama o sob\u011b moc nezasyt\u00ed. Tak\u017ee pokud jsem necht\u011bla j\u00edst po\u0159\u00e1d jen maso, musela jsem se na paleu doj\u00eddat nap\u0159\u00edklad o\u0159echy, na AIP pak kokosem, abych ten hlad zahnala. Je opravdu mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee moje t\u011blo prost\u011b pot\u0159ebuje j\u00edst v\u00edc sacharid\u016f. Kdy\u017e jsem za\u010dala sv\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee \u0159e\u0161it, byla jsem t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 rok na vegansk\u00e9 strav\u011b, kter\u00e9 je vysokosacharidov\u00e1 a zhubla jsem t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 10 kilo. Ka\u017ed\u00fd jsme opravdu jin\u00fd. J\u00e1 nechci rozhodn\u011b nijak shazovat \u00fa\u010dinky paleo diety nebo AIP, oba p\u0159\u00edstupy mi s\u00a0m\u00fdmi zdravotn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my moc pomohly, ale \u010dlov\u011bka je pot\u0159eba br\u00e1t jako celek a psychika hraje p\u0159i uzdravov\u00e1n\u00ed velkou roli. Tak\u017ee pokud n\u011bkdo na AIP nebo paleu tloustne a vrac\u00ed se mu my\u0161lenky z\u00a0dob, kdy m\u011bl PPP, tak je ur\u010dit\u011b pot\u0159eba n\u011bco zm\u011bnit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CS\">\u010casto se nap\u0159\u00edklad tak\u00e9 mluv\u00ed o prosp\u011b\u0161nosti p\u016fst\u016f a p\u0159eru\u0161ovan\u00fdch p\u016fst\u016f, rozhodn\u011b se ale nedoporu\u010duj\u00ed lidem, kte\u0159\u00ed trp\u00ed nebo n\u011bkdy v\u00a0minulosti trp\u011bli n\u011bjakou poruchou p\u0159\u00edjmu potravy. To jsem tak\u00e9 d\u0159\u00edve nev\u011bd\u011bla. Nav\u00edc jsem si myslela, \u017ee u\u017e tyto probl\u00e9my m\u00e1m d\u00e1vno za sebou, ale kdy\u017e jsem vloni v\u00a0r\u00e1mci sv\u00e9 cesty za uzdraven\u00edm p\u0159eru\u0161ovan\u00e9 a pak i celodenn\u00ed p\u016fsty zkou\u0161ela, dopadlo to tak, \u017ee jsem v\u017edy po p\u0159eru\u0161en\u00ed p\u016fstu m\u011bla tak neskute\u010dn\u00fd vl\u010d\u00ed hlad, \u017ee bych \u201ese\u017erala\u201c v\u0161e na co jsem p\u0159i\u0161la, a to ve mn\u011b vyvol\u00e1valo tak nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 pocity a my\u0161lenky, \u017ee jsem toho musela nechat, a\u0165 p\u016fsty pro m\u00e9 st\u0159evo prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 jsou nebo ne. Pro mou psychiku a tud\u00ed\u017e ani pro m\u011b jako \u010dlov\u011bka rozhodn\u011b prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 nebyly a nehodl\u00e1m to znovu zkou\u0161et, i kdy\u017e bulimi\u00ed jako takovou u\u017e d\u00e1vno netrp\u00edm. Kdy\u017e byl n\u011bkdo n\u011bkdy z\u00e1visl\u00fd na j\u00eddle, nen\u00ed to jak s\u00a0alkoholem nebo cigaretami, \u017ee si to prost\u011b u\u017e ned\u00e1te. J\u00edst mus\u00edte po\u0159\u00e1d a pro n\u011bkoho s\u00a0histori\u00ed PPP je podle m\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pravidelnost, aby nedoch\u00e1zelo k\u00a0takov\u00fdm v\u00fdkyv\u016fm a z\u00e1chvat\u016fm \u017eravosti. Jak\u00e9koliv omezov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt spou\u0161t\u011b\u010dem pro nezdrav\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed a chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CS\">U\u017e jsem \u010detla hodn\u011b p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh\u016f lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed nem\u011bli s AIP \u00fapln\u011b nejlep\u0161\u00ed zku\u0161enosti, a m\u00e1m \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l t\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pocit, \u017ee AIP, ani \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd jin\u00fd protokol nejsou v\u00a0l\u00e9\u010db\u011b chronick\u00fdch nemoc\u00ed v\u0161emocn\u00e9 ani univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00fd jsme jin\u00fd a je pot\u0159eba n\u00e1\u0161 j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek upravovat podle individu\u00e1ln\u00edch pot\u0159eb. Rozhodla jsem se tedy, \u017ee za\u010dnu pomalu do sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku n\u011bkter\u00e9 potraviny, v\u010detn\u011b sacharid\u016f, zkou\u0161et za\u0159azovat a sledovat, co to se mnou ud\u011bl\u00e1. U\u017e jsem p\u0159ed p\u00e1r dny \u00fapln\u011b bez probl\u00e9m\u016f za\u0159adila km\u00edn, kter\u00fd mi p\u0159i va\u0159en\u00ed hodn\u011b chyb\u011bl a m\u00e1m v\u00a0pl\u00e1nu v\u00a0znovuza\u0159azov\u00e1n\u00ed pokra\u010dovat. Budu se \u0159\u00eddit jednak doporu\u010den\u00edmi Sarah Ballantyne a jednak sv\u00fdmi v\u00fdsledky testu na potravinov\u00e9 intolerance. Potraviny, na kter\u00e9 jsem m\u011bla n\u00edzk\u00e9 reakce, budu ur\u010dit\u011b zkou\u0161et za\u0159azovat d\u0159\u00edve ne\u017e ty, na kter\u00e9 jsem m\u011bla reakce vysok\u00e9. Rozhodn\u011b tedy nehodl\u00e1m v\u00a0bl\u00edzk\u00e9 dob\u011b zkou\u0161et j\u00edst t\u0159eba lepek nebo vaje\u010dn\u00fd b\u00edlek, proto\u017ee u obou m\u00e1m velmi vysok\u00e9 hodnoty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CS\">Cht\u011bla bych tak\u00e9 t\u00edmto napravit jeden omyl, kter\u00e9ho jsem se sama dopustila a kter\u00e9ho se dopou\u0161t\u00ed mnoho lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed se stravuj\u00ed podle autoimunitn\u00edho protokolu. Domn\u00edvala jsem se, \u017ee na AIP m\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk z\u016fstat, dokud jeho probl\u00e9my nevymiz\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b, ale v\u00a0minul\u00fdch dnech jsem toto t\u00e9ma studovala na r\u016fzn\u00fdch AIP webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch a f\u00f3rech a v\u011bt\u0161ina z\u00a0nich tuto mylnou (a \u0161iroce roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159enou) domn\u011bnku vyvrac\u00ed. AIP je p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm elimina\u010dn\u00ed dieta a nem\u011blo by se na n\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1vat dlouhodob\u011b. Je to takov\u00fd odrazov\u00fd m\u016fstek.
