Dnes u\u017e ale v\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee kdy\u017e dostaneme n\u011bjakou nemoc, m\u00e1 to n\u011bjak\u00fd d\u016fvod a \u010dasto si za to m\u016f\u017eeme sami. Je to znamen\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00e1me n\u011bco ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b zm\u011bnit a za\u010d\u00edt na sob\u011b pracovat. P\u0159estat se cel\u00fd den stresovat a po pr\u00e1ci se pak muset uvol\u0148ovat v sportem nebo alkoholem, u\u017e neb\u00fdt st\u00e1le jen negativn\u00ed, na n\u011bco si st\u011b\u017eovat a dr\u017eet v\u00a0sob\u011b star\u00e9 k\u0159ivdy. Prost\u011b pot\u0159ebujeme za\u010d\u00edt m\u00edt r\u00e1di sami sebe i sv\u011bt, ve kter\u00e9m \u017eijeme. A pokud se n\u00e1m n\u011bco nel\u00edb\u00ed na tom, co d\u011bl\u00e1me nebo jak \u017eijeme, je to pot\u0159eba zm\u011bnit. Neztr\u00e1cejme \u010das nen\u00e1vid\u011bn\u00edm sebe, sv\u00e9ho t\u011bla nebo sv\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. Nestoj\u00ed to za to. J\u00e1 v\u00edm, \u017ee je to u\u017e takov\u00e9 kli\u0161\u00e9, m\u00edt se r\u00e1da, ale ono na tom opravdu n\u011bco je, v\u011b\u0159te mi. Kdy\u017e se budeme m\u00edt r\u00e1di a budeme v\u011b\u0159it tomu, \u017ee si zaslou\u017e\u00edme b\u00fdt zdrav\u00ed a \u017e\u00edt \u0161\u0165astn\u00fd a napln\u011bn\u00fd \u017eivot, tak si takov\u00fd \u017eivot m\u016f\u017eeme opravdu vytvo\u0159it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CS\">J\u00e1 jsem vlastn\u011b vd\u011b\u010dn\u00e1, \u017ee m\u011b m\u00e9 zdravotn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my na tuto cestu p\u0159ivedly. D\u0159\u00edve jsem si myslela jak je to nespravedliv\u00e9, \u017ee m\u00e1m ekz\u00e9m nebo jin\u00e9 zdravotn\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee. Ale pak jsem se na to za\u010dala d\u00edvat z\u00a0jin\u00e9 perspektivy. Co kdy\u017e to nen\u00ed proklet\u00ed, ale je naopak po\u017eehn\u00e1n\u00ed? Nebyla bych dnes tady, kde jsem a nepsala tyto \u0159\u00e1dky, kdybych p\u0159ed p\u00e1r lety neonemocn\u011bla z\u00a0p\u0159em\u00edry stresu nebo kdybych nem\u011bla cel\u00fd \u017eivot ekz\u00e9m nebo netrp\u011bla v\u00a0minulosti bulimi\u00ed a depresemi. Mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee to nebyla jednoduch\u00e1 cesta, ale tolik se toho pro m\u011b za posledn\u00edch p\u00e1r let zm\u011bnilo, proto\u017ee jsem tvrd\u011b pracovala na tom, aby mi bylo l\u00e9pe a hledala jsem \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, zkou\u0161ela r\u016fzn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edstupy a techniky. To m\u011b posunulo d\u00e1l na cest\u011b za sebeobjevov\u00e1n\u00edm, sebel\u00e1skou a uzdraven\u00edm. Taky v\u011b\u0159\u00edm tomu, \u017ee jsem d\u00edky nemoci na\u0161la sv\u00e9 posl\u00e1n\u00ed. Mo\u017en\u00e1 m\u00e1m p\u0159ed sebou je\u0161t\u011b dlouhou cestu ne\u017e budu \u00fapln\u011b zdrav\u00e1. Nebo t\u0159eba nebudu nikdy \u00fapln\u011b zdrav\u00e1, ale to je pro m\u011b OK. V\u011bt\u0161inu \u010dasu se toti\u017e u\u017e te\u010f c\u00edt\u00edm dob\u0159e, i kdy\u017e m\u00e1m n\u011bkdy slab\u00e9 chvilky. \u017divot nen\u00ed dokonal\u00fd, m\u00e9 t\u011blo nen\u00ed dokonal\u00e9 a j\u00e1 taky nejsem dokonal\u00e1. To je ale taky OK. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CS\">Ka\u017ed\u00fd den na sob\u011b pracuji. Neznamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee n\u011bco odblokujete, nau\u010d\u00edte se n\u011bjakou techniku a pak u\u017e budete do konce \u017eivota \u0161\u0165astn\u00ed. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 na sob\u011b pracovat neust\u00e1le. Nemoc je sign\u00e1lem va\u0161eho t\u011bla, \u017ee m\u00e1te ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b n\u011bco zm\u011bnit, \u017ee d\u011bl\u00e1te n\u011bco \u0161patn\u011b. Nemoc na n\u00e1s nebyla uvr\u017eena n\u011bk\u00fdm nebo n\u011b\u010d\u00edm jin\u00fdm. Nej\u010dast\u011bji si ji vytvo\u0159\u00edme sami sv\u00fdmi negativn\u00edmi my\u0161lenkami, t\u00edm, \u017ee neodpou\u0161t\u00edme ani sob\u011b ani druh\u00fdm, t\u00edm v\u00a0jak\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed \u017eijeme, jak\u00e9 drogy jsme za \u017eivot po\u017eili (a je jedno, jestli jde o alkohol, kokain nebo p\u0159em\u00edru cukru), na\u0161imi \u010diny a tak d\u00e1le. Mo\u017en\u00e1 to nebylo z\u00e1m\u011brn\u00e9, v\u011bt\u0161inou tomu tak nen\u00ed. Neznali jsme prost\u011b nic lep\u0161\u00edho. Neznali to ani na\u0161i rodi\u010de, tak jim nevy\u010d\u00edtejme, \u017ee n\u00e1s to nenau\u010dili. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b kdy\u017e u\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk onemocn\u00ed, jedin\u00fd zp\u016fsob jak se uzdravit je zm\u011bnit zp\u016fsob jak\u00fdm \u017eijeme, jak mysl\u00edme a mluv\u00edme, kolik a jak toho nasp\u00edme, jestli o sebe pe\u010dujeme, co j\u00edme a pijeme. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CS\">Je tolik d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si na sebe ud\u011blat \u010das v\u00a0tomto usp\u011bchan\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, i kdyby to bylo jen 15 minut ka\u017ed\u00fd den, abychom se uzdravili a tak\u00e9 nemocem p\u0159edch\u00e1zeli. Poslouchejme sv\u00e9 t\u011blo, sv\u00e9 my\u0161lenky a svou intuici. Ka\u017ed\u00fd den jsme bombardov\u00e1ni miliony r\u016fzn\u00fdch informac\u00ed, na\u0161e mozky jsou p\u0159estimulovan\u00e9 a \u010dasto nesly\u0161\u00edme sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed my\u0161lenky. Nebo sly\u0161\u00edme jen ty negativn\u00ed, proto\u017ee sv\u011bt kolem n\u00e1s a hlavn\u011b m\u00e9dia, jsou pln\u00e1 negativity, n\u00e1sil\u00ed, utrpen\u00ed, politiky a fale\u0161n\u00fdch ide\u00e1l\u016f zdrav\u00ed a kr\u00e1sy. Nen\u00ed divu, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina z\u00a0n\u00e1s m\u00e1 n\u00edzk\u00e9 sebev\u011bdom\u00ed, podce\u0148ujeme se, jsme neust\u00e1le vystresovan\u00ed, po\u0159\u00e1d si jen st\u011b\u017eujeme, \u0161patn\u011b sp\u00edme, jsme deprimovan\u00ed, m\u00e1me nadv\u00e1hu a je n\u00e1m mizern\u011b. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CS\">Proto je tak moc d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si na sebe ud\u011blat \u010das, zklidnit svou mysl a naladit se sami na sebe, dovnit\u0159. Nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, jestli praktikujete j\u00f3gu, meditujete, chod\u00edte na proch\u00e1zky nebo se nalo\u017e\u00edte na chv\u00edli ka\u017ed\u00fd ve\u010der do vany a vypnete. Prost\u011b si jen na sebe ud\u011blejte \u010das a jd\u011bte dovnit\u0159. A kdy\u017e to ud\u011bl\u00e1te, bu\u010fte k\u00a0sob\u011b shov\u00edvav\u00ed, nesna\u017ete se uml\u010det sv\u00e9 my\u0161lenky. Jen d\u00fdchejte, sv\u00e9 my\u0161lenky jen pozorujte jako nez\u00e1visl\u00fd pozorovatel a nechte je p\u0159ich\u00e1zet a odch\u00e1zet a bu\u010fte k\u00a0sob\u011b vl\u00eddn\u00ed. Nepot\u0159ebujete k\u00a0tomu ani medita\u010dn\u00ed pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159, ani nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed model j\u00f3gamatky. M\u016f\u017eete zklidn\u011bn\u00ed praktikovat po cest\u011b v\u00a0tramvaji do pr\u00e1ce, v\u00a0posteli hned po probuzen\u00ed \u010di p\u0159ed usnut\u00edm nebo dokonce ve spr\u0161e. P\u0159edstavujte si, \u017ee z\u00a0v\u00e1s voda sm\u00fdv\u00e1 v\u0161echny starosti a stres z\u00a0cel\u00e9ho dne. J\u00e1 r\u00e1da up\u0159ednost\u0148uji svou vnit\u0159n\u00ed pohodu a klid p\u0159ed stresem, proto vst\u00e1v\u00e1m r\u00e1no brzy, abych m\u011bla \u010das sama na sebe ne\u017e se vrhnu do pracovn\u00edho dne. V\u00edm, \u017ee pokud si r\u00e1no zacvi\u010d\u00edm j\u00f3gu nebo zamedituji a jdu t\u0159eba i p\u011b\u0161ky do pr\u00e1ce m\u00edsto toho abych jela tramvaj\u00ed, budu se b\u011bhem dne c\u00edtit daleko l\u00e9pe.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CS\">V\u00a0knih\u00e1ch o osobn\u00edm rozvoji se \u010dasto \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee je pot\u0159eba myslet pozitivn\u011b abychom se uzdravili a byli \u0161\u0165astn\u00ed. J\u00e1 jsem s\u00a0t\u00edm ale m\u011bla dlouho probl\u00e9m. Pokud se v\u00e1m neda\u0159\u00ed myslet pozitivn\u011b,\u00a0 je pot\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit, jak sami k\u00a0sob\u011b a o sob\u011b mluv\u00edme nebo p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00edme. Na\u0161e ego, n\u00e1\u0161 vnit\u0159n\u00ed kritik n\u00e1m \u010dasto \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee nejsme dost dob\u0159\u00ed, dost chyt\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00e1me velk\u00fd zadek, \u017ee nikdy nepotk\u00e1me toho prav\u00e9ho nebo nebudeme d\u011blat pr\u00e1ci, kter\u00e1 by n\u00e1s bavila. Nebo \u017ee se stejn\u011b nikdy neuzdrav\u00edme. V\u017edy\u0165 pan doktor \u0159\u00edkal, \u017ee se to ned\u00e1 vyl\u00e9\u010dit, \u017ee u\u017e nadosmrti budu muset br\u00e1t l\u00e9ky a \u017ee se to stejn\u011b bude asi jen zhor\u0161ovat. Na\u0161e ego n\u00e1m br\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00a0tom \u017e\u00edt \u017eivot jak\u00fd bychom \u017e\u00edt cht\u011bli. M\u016f\u017eeme si milionkr\u00e1t opakovat pozitivn\u00ed afirmace, ale kdy\u017e jim nebudeme v\u011b\u0159it, tak n\u00e1m to stejn\u011b nepom\u016f\u017ee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CS\">Kdy\u017e si zase za n\u011bco nad\u00e1v\u00e1me, n\u011bco si n\u011bco vy\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me nebo stoj\u00edme p\u0159ed zrcadlem a mysl\u00edme si o sob\u011b n\u011bco nep\u011bkn\u00e9ho nebo se litujeme, zpochyb\u0148ujeme, bereme si v\u011bci osobn\u011b, v\u00a0tom okam\u017eiku je pot\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee to d\u011bl\u00e1me a pak na\u0161eho vnit\u0159n\u00edho kritika zastavit a m\u00edsto toho zvolit miluj\u00edc\u00ed my\u0161lenky. Zeptejme se sami sebe, jestli to, co si o sob\u011b mysl\u00edme je skute\u010dn\u011b pravda, jestli to je opravdu to co chceme, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b jak to m\u016f\u017eeme zm\u011bnit. Co m\u016f\u017eu ud\u011blat pro to, aby to bylo jinak? Chovali byste se tak, jak se chov\u00e1te k\u00a0sob\u011b, ke svoj\u00ed nejlep\u0161\u00ed kamar\u00e1dce nebo ke sv\u00e9 dce\u0159i? Ur\u010dit\u011b ne. Tak pro\u010d se tak hlavn\u011b my \u017eeny chov\u00e1me samy k\u00a0sob\u011b?! M\u016f\u017eete si t\u0159eba m\u00edsto toho \u0159\u00edct: \u201eM\u00e1m r\u00e1da sv\u00e9 t\u011blo i se v\u0161emi fald\u00edky\/pihami\/striemi\/celulitidou\/&#8230; Dokonce m\u00e1m r\u00e1da i svou nemoc, proto\u017ee je mou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, tvo\u0159\u00ed m\u016fj p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh. To v\u0161echno jsem j\u00e1, kr\u00e1sn\u00e1 a jedine\u010dn\u00e1. M\u00e1m se r\u00e1da, m\u00e1m r\u00e1da i svou nemoc (i kdy\u017e to nen\u00ed v\u017edy jednoduch\u00e9), proto\u017ee mi umo\u017enila si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee ne\u017eiju tak jak bych m\u011bla a \u017ee m\u00e1m ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b n\u011bco zm\u011bnit. Te\u010f u\u017e to v\u00edm, jsem za to moc vd\u011b\u010dn\u00e1, m\u011bn\u00edm to, pracuju na sob\u011b a v\u011b\u0159\u00edm tomu, \u017ee se brzy uzdrav\u00edm.\u201c \u00a0Za\u010dn\u011bte kone\u010dn\u011b \u017e\u00edt \u017eivot jak\u00fd chcete!<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CS\">Abychom se uzdravili, je tedy pot\u0159eba zapracovat na na\u0161em vnit\u0159n\u00edm nastaven\u00ed. Nesta\u010d\u00ed j\u00edst zdrav\u011b a sportovat nebo br\u00e1t n\u011bjak\u00e9 z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00e9 tabletky. Mus\u00edme uzdravit vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed sebe sama, uml\u010det na\u0161eho vnit\u0159n\u00edho kritika nebo kriti\u010dku, naslouchat sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu a hlavn\u011b sv\u00e9 t\u011blo m\u00edt r\u00e1di. A v\u011b\u0159it tomu. M\u016f\u017eeme si stokr\u00e1t opakovat n\u011bjakou afirmaci, ale kdy\u017e j\u00ed nebudeme v\u011b\u0159it, tak to nic nezm\u011bn\u00ed. Skv\u011bl\u00fd a hlavn\u011b rychl\u00fd zp\u016fsob jak na\u0161e ego, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m na\u0161ept\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee nejsme dost kr\u00e1sn\u00e9, huben\u00e9 nebo chytr\u00e9, uml\u010det je tak\u00e9 EFT. J<\/span>e to technika, kter\u00e1 kombinuje metody z psychologie s\u00a0akupresurou. Ned\u00e1vno jsem se sama stala certifikovanou EFT terapeutkou a \u00fa\u010dinnosti t\u00e9to metody v\u011b\u0159\u00edm cel\u00fdm sv\u00fdm srdcem, proto\u017ee mi \u00a0samotn\u00e9 u\u017e d\u0159\u00edve pomohla s\u00a0\u00fazkostmi nebo tak\u00e9 v\u00a0ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 minulosti s\u00a0m\u00fdmi zdravotn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my, ale tak\u00e9 se strachem z\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161ek nebo z\u00a0l\u00e9t\u00e1n\u00ed. EFT um\u00ed toto m\u00edsto naj\u00edt a pomoc\u00ed \u0165uk\u00e1n\u00ed na akupresurn\u00ed body na na\u0161em t\u011ble poruchu a t\u00edm i dan\u00fd probl\u00e9m odstranit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"CS\">Posledn\u00ed technikou, kterou bych dnes cht\u011bla zm\u00ednit, je praktikov\u00e1n\u00ed vd\u011b\u010dnosti. U\u017e jsem v\u00a0pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dl\u00e1nku zm\u00ednila, \u017ee jsem vlastn\u011b vd\u011b\u010dn\u00e1, \u017ee jsem m\u011bla nebo m\u00e1m n\u011bkter\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my. Praktikov\u00e1n\u00ed vd\u011b\u010dnosti mi pom\u00e1h\u00e1 z\u016fst\u00e1vat pozitivn\u00ed. Ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1m, \u017ee nejsem nikdy negativn\u00ed nebo nem\u00e1m ob\u010das depku, ale to, \u017ee si ka\u017ed\u00fd ve\u010der zap\u00ed\u0161u, za co jsem v\u00a0dan\u00fd den vd\u011b\u010dn\u00e1, mi pom\u00e1h\u00e1 se soust\u0159edit na ty dobr\u00e9 v\u011bci v\u00a0m\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b a nehrabat se v\u00a0t\u011bch ne tak dobr\u00fdch. Bu\u010fte vd\u011b\u010dn\u00ed za v\u0161echno dobr\u00e9, co ve sv\u00e9m\u00a0\u017eivot\u011b m\u00e1te. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd den p\u0159ijdete aspo\u0148 na t\u0159i v\u011bci, za kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt vd\u011b\u010dn\u00ed a kdy\u017e si je je\u0161t\u011b nav\u00edc zap\u00ed\u0161ete, m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e1m to pomoct ve chv\u00edli, kdy\u017e v\u00e1m t\u0159eba nebude zrovna nejl\u00edp a budete m\u00edt pocit, \u017ee v\u0161echno stoj\u00ed za prd. M\u016f\u017eete se pak pod\u00edvat zp\u011btn\u011b na sv\u00e9 z\u00e1pisy v\u00a0den\u00edku vd\u011b\u010dnosti a v\u011b\u0159te mi, \u017ee v\u00e1m bude hned l\u00e9pe. Celkov\u011b se ale d\u00edky pravideln\u00e9mu praktikov\u00e1n\u00ed vd\u011b\u010dnosti za\u010dnete c\u00edtit l\u00e9pe ka\u017ed\u00fd den a budete celkov\u011b pozitivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.
