Za tu dobu, co jsem se vydala na cestu ke zdrav\u00ed a cestu osobn\u00edho rozvoje, jsme u\u017e na cest\u00e1ch pon\u011bkolik\u00e1t\u00e9 a nen\u00ed to v\u017edy \u00fapln\u011b jednoduch\u00e9. Kdy\u017e jsem doma, m\u00e1m toti\u017e sv\u00e9 za\u017eit\u00e9 zvyky a ritu\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 co\u017e na cest\u00e1ch nen\u00ed v\u017edy mo\u017en\u00e9. Na cest\u00e1ch plyne \u010das jinak a nem\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edstup ke v\u0161emu, jako doma. Chci si ale taky dovolenou u\u017e\u00edt, ochutnat m\u00edstn\u00ed speciality, b\u00fdt bezstarostn\u00e1, relaxovat, bavit se, p\u0159ispat si, a t\u0159eba si i ob\u010das d\u00e1t sklenku v\u00edna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cestujeme moment\u00e1ln\u011b po Ji\u017en\u00ed Evrop\u011b a p\u0159izn\u00e1m se, \u017ee hned prvn\u00ed den ve Francii jsem neodolala a dala si \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00fd croissant a n\u011bkolik dal\u0161\u00edch dobrot. Nevid\u00edm na tom nic \u0161patn\u00e9ho, pokud tak nej\u00edte po\u0159\u00e1d. Nebylo mi pak ale \u00fapln\u011b dob\u0159e, proto\u017ee na cukr a b\u00edlou mouku nejsem zvykl\u00e1. Sice si ob\u010das za b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed d\u00e1m n\u011bco, co nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b \u201ezdrav\u00e9\u201c, ale je to sp\u00ed\u0161e v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Za posledn\u00edch p\u00e1r let jsem se nau\u010dila sv\u00e9 t\u011blo poslouchat. Moje t\u011blo mi d\u00e1v\u00e1 jasn\u011b najevo, kdy\u017e mu n\u011bco ned\u011bl\u00e1 dob\u0159e. Nen\u00ed to proto, \u017ee bych st\u00e1le m\u011bla n\u011bjak\u00e9 chronick\u00e9 tr\u00e1vic\u00ed nebo jin\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee (t\u011bch u\u017e jsem se na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed zbavila). Jak jsem psala, je to sp\u00ed\u0161e kv\u016fli tomu, \u017ee na cukr ani na b\u00edl\u00e9 pe\u010divo nejsem zvykl\u00e1, obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm mno\u017estv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Od toho prvn\u00edho dne ve Francii si sice na cest\u00e1ch dop\u0159\u00e1v\u00e1m ob\u010das bagetu nebo jin\u00fd chleba (co si budeme pov\u00eddat, ve Francii i ve \u0160pan\u011blsku se j\u00ed chleba \u00fapln\u011b ke v\u0161emu), ale cukru se z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti vyh\u00fdb\u00e1m op\u011bt a hlavn\u011b poslouch\u00e1m sign\u00e1ly sv\u00e9ho t\u011bla a svou intuici.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Obecn\u011b to b\u00fdv\u00e1 tak, \u017ee pokud jste celkov\u011b v pohod\u011b, co\u017e na dovolen\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161inou b\u00fdv\u00e1me, pak si m\u016f\u017eeme dovolit i potraviny, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m b\u011b\u017en\u011b \u00fapln\u011b dob\u0159e ned\u011blaj\u00ed. T\u00edm samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nechci nikoho nab\u00e1dat, aby se na dovolen\u00e9 cpal v\u0161\u00edm, co mu p\u0159ijde pod ruku. Sp\u00ed\u0161e chci pouk\u00e1zat na to, jak\u00fd m\u00e1 psychika a va\u0161e my\u0161lenky vliv na va\u0161e zdrav\u00ed. Na dovolen\u00e9 neza\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 stresy a nem\u00e1me v\u011bt\u0161inou ka\u017edodenn\u00ed starosti jako doma. T\u00edm, \u017ee se uvoln\u00edte a oprost\u00edte se od b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch starost\u00ed, \u00fazkostliv\u00fdch my\u0161lenek \u010di obav, se uklidn\u00ed cel\u00e9 va\u0161e t\u011blo a t\u00edm se v\u011bt\u0161inou zlep\u0161\u00ed i v\u00e1\u0161 zdravotn\u00ed stav. Pokud m\u00e1te ekz\u00e9m a tr\u00e1v\u00edte dovolenou u mo\u0159e, pak k tomu p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 i slan\u00e1 voda. Ka\u017edop\u00e1dn\u011b pobyt v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b bude na v\u00e1s m\u00edt blahod\u00e1rn\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dal\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mem pro m\u011b na cest\u00e1ch je, \u017ee nem\u00e1m moc \u010dasu na sv\u00e9 obvykl\u00e9 meditace, vizualizace, ani nic jin\u00e9ho. N\u011bkdy se mi prost\u011b ani nechce. Chci si zaleno\u0161it, p\u0159ispat si, uvolnit se, bavit se. Po t\u00fddnu na dovolen\u00e9 jsem se ale c\u00edtila v\u00edce podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00e1, unaven\u00e1 a sklouz\u00e1vala \u010dasto ke star\u00e9mu negativn\u00edmu my\u0161len\u00ed. Do toho se p\u0159idalo novolun\u00ed, kdy obvykle \u0161patn\u011b sp\u00edm a b\u00fdv\u00e1m emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed. Kdy\u017e jsem si to uv\u011bdomila a kone\u010dn\u011b si ud\u011blala \u010das na meditaci a vizualizaci a tro\u0161ku jsem si odpo\u010dala, bylo mi o moc l\u00e9pe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A co jsem t\u00edm v\u0161\u00edm cht\u011bla vlastn\u011b \u0159\u00edct? J\u00e1 se v\u017edy sna\u017e\u00edm zjistit, kdy\u017e se mi n\u011bco neda\u0159\u00ed tak, jak bych cht\u011bla, co m\u011b dan\u00fd probl\u00e9m nebo p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eka m\u00e1 nau\u010dit. To je podle m\u011b to nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. N\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot nen\u00ed v\u017edy stoprocentn\u011b dokonal\u00fd, ned\u011bl\u00e1me v\u017edy v\u0161echno tak, jak jsme si p\u0159edsevzaly. Ne\u017eijeme ve vakuu. \u017dijeme \u017eivot. \u017divot, kter\u00fd je nedokonal\u00fd a \u010dasto chaotick\u00fd. A i proto je kr\u00e1sn\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159ijmout i ty sv\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti, kter\u00e9 nejsou dokonal\u00e9 nebo takov\u00e9, jak\u00e9 si p\u0159ejeme, jak\u00e9 bychom si p\u0159edstavovaly, a\u0165 u\u017e jde o j\u00eddlo, o postavu, o sv\u00e9 denn\u00ed ritu\u00e1ly, o p\u0159edsevzet\u00ed, o dovolenou nebo o cokoliv jin\u00e9ho.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #df9896;\">Kdy\u017e mi nen\u00ed dob\u0159e, a\u0165 u\u017e fyzicky nebo psychicky, je t\u0159eba j\u00edt dovnit\u0159 a uv\u011bdomit si, co mi chyb\u00ed, co pot\u0159ebuji.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To plat\u00ed i pro v\u00e1s. Pokud se budete stresovat, \u017ee jste na dovolen\u00e9 sn\u011bdla n\u011bco, co jste nem\u011bla, nebo \u017ee jste na nemeditovala, necvi\u010dila, neprov\u00e1d\u011bla sv\u00e9 obvykl\u00e9 praktiky nebo denn\u00ed ritu\u00e1ly, pak se to m\u016f\u017ee projevit negativn\u011b i na va\u0161em zdrav\u00ed \u010di va\u0161\u00ed psychice. Bu\u010fte k sob\u011b tolerantn\u00ed, jako byste byla tolerantn\u00ed ke sv\u00e9 kamar\u00e1dce nebo sv\u00e9 dce\u0159i. A pokud se n\u011bco neda\u0159\u00ed, tak jak byste cht\u011bla, zeptejte se sama sebe, co pot\u0159ebujete zm\u011bnit? Co by v\u00e1m ud\u011blalo dob\u0159e? V\u017edy je ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 poslouchat sv\u00e9 t\u011blo a svou intuici. Pokud m\u00e1te na n\u011bco chu\u0165, tak to zkuste (toto nedoporu\u010duji, pokud jste st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b na AIP nebo podobn\u00e9 terapeutick\u00e9 diet\u011b). Pokud v\u00e1m ale n\u011bco neud\u011bl\u00e1 dob\u0159e, tak to nejezte. Pokud jste unaven\u00e1, odpo\u010d\u00edvejte. Pokud za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1te sklouz\u00e1vat k negativn\u00edmu my\u0161len\u00ed nebo jste ve stresu, najd\u011bte si chvilku na meditaci, zajd\u011bte si na proch\u00e1zku nebo se sna\u017ete si alespo\u0148 uv\u011bdomit, pro\u010d jste ve stresu nebo co v\u00e1s tr\u00e1p\u00ed. U\u017e t\u00edm, \u017ee si to uv\u011bdom\u00edte, m\u011bn\u00edte sv\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed. A hlavn\u011b si dovolenou u\u017eijte.
