Pt\u00e1te se jak nemyslet.\u00a0\u00da\u010delem meditace nen\u00ed nemyslet. \u00da\u010delem meditace je celkov\u00e9 zklidn\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bla i mysli a obrat do sv\u00e9ho nitra.\u00a0J\u00e1 sama u\u017e pravideln\u011b medituji v\u00edce ne\u017e rok (p\u0159edt\u00edm jsem n\u011bkolik let meditovat zkou\u0161ela, ale nikdy to nebylo konzistentn\u00ed).\u00a0Na meditaci nen\u00ed nic t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho, nic k\u00a0n\u00ed nepot\u0159ebujete a je \u00fa\u017easn\u011b p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e1 pro va\u0161e psychick\u00e9 i fyzick\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm d\u00edky tomu, \u017ee blahod\u00e1rn\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/pavlinajirouskova.com\/cs\/sluzba\/ebook-10-tipu-na-zvladani-stresu\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #df9896; text-decoration: underline;\">na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed stresu<\/span><\/span><\/a>, pod kter\u00fdm jsme v\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b v\u00a0podstat\u011b v\u0161ichni, a st\u00e1le v\u00edce z\u00a0n\u00e1s d\u00edky tomu trp\u00ed n\u011bjakou chronickou nemoc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hodn\u011b lid\u00ed meditaci vzd\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed t\u00edm, ne\u017e poc\u00edt\u00ed jak\u00e9koliv pozitivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky, proto\u017ee si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159i meditaci nesm\u00ed na nic myslet. Je ale \u00fapln\u011b norm\u00e1ln\u00ed, \u017ee v\u00e1m p\u0159i meditaci my\u0161lenky odb\u00edhaj\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 m\u00e1me b\u011bhem dne desetitis\u00edce my\u0161lenek, informace na n\u00e1s nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b \u00fato\u010d\u00ed ze v\u0161ech stran (z televize, r\u00e1dia, novin a \u010dasopis\u016f, billboard\u016f, soci\u00e1ln\u00edch m\u00e9di\u00ed, telefon\u016f, email\u016f atd.) a tak jsme zvykl\u00e9 b\u00fdt neust\u00e1le ve st\u0159ehu. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me b\u00fdt na informac\u00edch z\u00e1visl\u00e9. V\u011bt\u0161ina z\u00a0n\u00e1s hned r\u00e1no po probuzen\u00ed sah\u00e1 po telefonu, \u010dte emaily, sj\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed ze\u010f na facebooku, zpr\u00e1vy na Seznamu nebo kdekoliv jinde. Jsme v\u00a0re\u017eimu reakce a jedeme na autopilota. Nevn\u00edm\u00e1me sv\u00e9 t\u011blo, neposlouch\u00e1me svou intuici.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #df9896;\">Je proto v\u00edce ne\u017e kdy d\u0159\u00edv d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si ka\u017ed\u00fd den naj\u00edt chvilku ticha, zav\u0159\u00edt o\u010di a j\u00edt do sebe. Vy\u010distit mysl i srce a poslouchat hlas sv\u00e9ho t\u011bla a sv\u00e9 intuice m\u00edsto hlas\u016f z na\u0161eho okol\u00ed.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je proto v\u00edce ne\u017e kdy d\u0159\u00edv d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 alespo\u0148 na p\u00e1r minut denn\u011b zklidnit svou mysl, vypnout a soust\u0159edit se t\u0159eba jen na sv\u016fj dech, na sv\u00e9 srdce, na n\u011bjakou mantru, vizualizaci, hudbu nebo na cokoliv jin\u00e9ho, co jste si pro svou meditaci vybrala.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kdy\u017e v\u00e1m my\u0161lenky p\u0159i meditaci za\u010dnou ut\u00edkat, kdy\u017e za\u010dnete myslet na to, co mus\u00edte je\u0161t\u011b stihnout, jak v\u00e1s zase na\u0161tval \u0161\u00e9f nebo p\u0159\u00edtel nebo va\u0161e matka, jak je v\u00e1m mizern\u011b, proto\u017ee m\u00e1te n\u011bjak\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee, prost\u011b se jen v\u017edy vra\u0165te na za\u010d\u00e1tek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je si uv\u011bdomit pr\u00e1v\u011b to, \u017ee v\u00e1m my\u0161lenky n\u011bkam utekly. \u00da\u010delem meditace nen\u00ed nemyslet v\u016fbec. Kdy\u017e se v\u00e1m my\u0161lenky n\u011bkam zatoulaj\u00ed, nevy\u010d\u00edtejte si to, jen si uv\u011bdomte: \u201eAha, u\u017e jsem zase v hlav\u011b\u201c a vra\u0165te se zp\u011bt do srdce, ke\u00a0sv\u00e9mu dechu, mant\u0159e, sv\u00e9 vizualizaci nebo k\u00a0\u010demukoliv, co p\u0159i meditaci pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te jako kotvu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poka\u017ed\u00e9, kdy\u017e si uv\u011bdom\u00edte, \u017ee v\u00e1m my\u0161lenky zase n\u011bkam odb\u011bhly a vr\u00e1t\u00edte se nap\u0159\u00edklad ke sv\u00e9mu dechu, prodlou\u017e\u00edte chvilku ticha mezi my\u0161lenkami, m\u011bn\u00edte sv\u00e9 celkov\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed, m\u011bn\u00edte sv\u00e9 podv\u011bdom\u00ed, m\u011bn\u00edte svou nervovou soustavu i sv\u016fj mozek. Pokud budete meditovat pravideln\u011b a pravideln\u011b si budete p\u0159i meditaci uv\u011bdomovat, \u017ee v\u00e1m mysl odb\u00edh\u00e1 od meditace a budete se vracet do sv\u00e9ho nitra, t\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b v\u00e1m mysl bude odb\u00edhat a va\u0161e meditace bude hlub\u0161\u00ed a budete si ji v\u00edce u\u017e\u00edvat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159i meditaci m\u016f\u017eete tak\u00e9 naslouchat sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu a sv\u00e9 intuici. Pokud v\u00e1s n\u011bco tr\u00e1p\u00ed, n\u011bco bol\u00ed nebo m\u00e1te n\u011bjak\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed nebo jin\u00fd probl\u00e9m, zkuste se b\u011bhem meditace (a\u017e zklidn\u00edte t\u011blo, dech i mysl) zeptat sama sebe, co je za t\u00edm dan\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem nebo za bolest\u00ed. Kdy\u017e budete pozorn\u011b poslouchat, odpov\u011b\u010f p\u0159ijde.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Stejn\u011b tak se m\u016f\u017eete b\u011bhem meditace zeptat na n\u011bco, v\u00a0\u010dem se nem\u016f\u017eete rozhodnout. Pokud nap\u0159\u00edklad v\u00e1h\u00e1te, jestli odej\u00edt z\u00a0pr\u00e1ce, jestli si n\u011bco koupit nebo se vydat t\u00edm \u010di on\u00edm sm\u011brem, zkuste se b\u011bhem meditace zeptat, co je t\u00edm spr\u00e1vn\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm. Va\u0161e t\u011blo je moudr\u00e9 a odpov\u00ed v\u00e1m. Rozd\u00edl pozn\u00e1te. Pro m\u011b je nap\u0159\u00edklad odpov\u011b\u010f \u201eano\u201c nebo to spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed prov\u00e1zeno celkov\u00fdm uvoln\u011bn\u00edm t\u011bla. Pokud je odpov\u011b\u010f \u201ene\u201c nebo to nen\u00ed ta spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 cesta, v\u011bt\u0161inou se mi st\u00e1hne \u017ealudek a ztuhnou mi ramena. U v\u00e1s to m\u016f\u017ee vypadat tro\u0161ku jinak. Zkuste to nap\u0159\u00edklad rozpoznat podle toho, \u017ee se zept\u00e1te na n\u011bjakou ot\u00e1zku, na kterou zn\u00e1te odpov\u011b\u010f, nap\u0159\u00edklad na sv\u00e9 jm\u00e9no, datum narozen\u00ed nebo n\u011bco podobn\u011b jednoduch\u00e9ho. Va\u0161e reakce v\u00e1m napov\u00ed, jak se va\u0161e t\u011blo chov\u00e1 p\u0159i spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi a jak p\u0159i \u0161patn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pro m\u011b se meditace, stejn\u011b jako vizualizace, stala sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed m\u00fdch ka\u017edodenn\u00edch ritu\u00e1l\u016f a za tu dobu, co pravideln\u011b medituji, jsem zm\u011bnila sv\u00e9 celkov\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed, jsem klidn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, m\u00e9n\u011b podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00e1, a hlavn\u011b jsem se nau\u010dila v\u00edce poslouchat sv\u00e9 t\u011blo i svou intuici.
