Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed m\u00e9 medita\u010dn\u00ed praxe jsou i pravideln\u00e9 vizualizace. Z\u00a0hlediska kvantov\u00e9ho sv\u011bta si toti\u017e my sami tvo\u0159\u00edme svou realitu, p\u0159itahujeme si k\u00a0sob\u011b, a\u0165 u\u017e v\u011bdom\u011b nebo nev\u011bdom\u011b, to, na co zam\u011b\u0159\u00edme pozornost. Vizualizace je \u00fa\u017easn\u00fdm n\u00e1strojem k\u00a0dosa\u017een\u00ed toho, \u010deho chcete dos\u00e1hnout nebo toho, co si do \u017eivota, chcete p\u0159it\u00e1hnout, co si chcete vytvo\u0159it, a\u0165 u\u017e jde o materi\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u011bci nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad o vztahy nebo o zdrav\u00ed. Jak si m\u016f\u017eete vytvo\u0159it lep\u0161\u00ed zdrav\u00ed, pt\u00e1te se? Pomoc\u00ed va\u0161ich my\u0161lenek a emoc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #df9896;\">A\u0165 u\u017e si sv\u00fdch my\u0161lenek v\u011bdoma jste nebo nejste, va\u0161e my\u0161lenky a s nimi souvisej\u00edc\u00ed emoce ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed va\u0161i realitu a s n\u00ed i va\u0161e zdrav\u00ed.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proto, kdy\u017e jste dlouhodob\u011b ve stresu, nejste spokojen\u00e1 se sv\u00fdm t\u011blem, nem\u00e1te r\u00e1da svou pr\u00e1ci, m\u00e1te pot\u00ed\u017ee v\u00a0rodin\u011b nebo cokoliv jin\u00e9ho, budete si do \u017eivota p\u0159itahovat st\u00e1le v\u00edce toho sam\u00e9ho a d\u0159\u00edve nebo pozd\u011bji tento stres nebo tyto emoce za\u010dnou m\u00edt vliv na va\u0161e zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kdy\u017e se na n\u011bco po n\u011bjakou dobu zam\u011b\u0159\u00edte pozornost, a\u0165 u\u017e je to dobr\u00e9 nebo \u0161patn\u00e9, za\u010dnete to p\u0159itahovat. Kam zam\u011b\u0159\u00edte pozornost, to se zhmotn\u00ed. Proto, kdy\u017e \u017eijete ne-v\u011bdom\u00fd \u017eivot, budou se v\u00e1m s\u00a0nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed d\u00edt v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 nebudou \u00fapln\u011b v\u00a0souladu s\u00a0t\u00edm, co doopravdy chcete. Budete si, stejn\u011b jako dlouh\u00e9 roky j\u00e1, \u0159\u00edkat, pro\u010d j\u00e1 m\u00e1m takovou sm\u016flu, pro\u010d m\u00e1m ekz\u00e9m, pro\u010d m\u00e1m st\u00e1le n\u011bjak\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee, pro\u010d m\u00e1m sm\u016flu na mu\u017ee, pro\u010d m\u011b nikdo nem\u00e1 r\u00e1d, pro\u010d nejsem huben\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, kr\u00e1sn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, atd.? A p\u0159itom jsem se sama nem\u011bla r\u00e1da, nem\u011bla jsem r\u00e1da sv\u00e9 t\u011blo a nechovala jsem se k\u00a0n\u011bmu hezky. Dlouh\u00e9 roky jsem dr\u017eela st\u00e1le n\u011bjak\u00e9 diety, a\u017e jsem se propracovala k\u00a0bulimii. Myslela jsem si, \u017ee pokud budu \u0161t\u00edhl\u00e1, budu pro mu\u017ee p\u0159ita\u017eliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Nech\u00e1pala jsem, \u017ee nejde o to, jak vypad\u00e1m navenek, ale hlavn\u011b o to, co vyza\u0159uje zevnit\u0159. A pokud j\u00e1 se neza\u010dnu m\u00edt r\u00e1da, nebude m\u011b m\u00edt r\u00e1d nikdo jin\u00fd. Z\u016fst\u00e1vala jsem dlouh\u00e9 roky v\u00a0pr\u00e1ci, kter\u00e1 m\u011b nenapl\u0148ovala, kter\u00e1 m\u011b stresovala a d\u00edky kter\u00e9 jsem m\u011bla spoustu zdravotn\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed. Myslela jsem si, \u017ee m\u00e1m ekz\u00e9m proto, proto\u017ee je to geneticky dan\u00e9 a neuv\u011bdomovala jsem si, jak\u00fd vliv m\u00e1 na ekz\u00e9m stres nebo n\u011bjak\u00e9 emo\u010dn\u00ed vyp\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kdy\u017e si ale ujasn\u00edte, co vlastn\u011b chcete, a zam\u011b\u0159\u00edte na to svou pozornost a svou energii, bude daleko pravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee se to stane realitou. Prvn\u00edm krokem je proto v\u011bd\u011bt, co p\u0159esn\u011b chcete. T\u00edm, \u017ee zam\u011b\u0159\u00edte pozornost nap\u0159\u00edklad na vyl\u00e9\u010den\u00ed, vyl\u00e9\u010den\u00ed se m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t realitou. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je tak\u00e9 z\u00e1m\u011br a s\u00a0n\u00edm souvisej\u00edc\u00ed emoce, tedy jak byste se cht\u011bla c\u00edtit, a\u017e dos\u00e1hnete k\u00fd\u017een\u00e9ho v\u00fdsledku. Chcete nap\u0159\u00edklad c\u00edtit radost, \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, vd\u011b\u010dnost, nebo l\u00e1sku.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vd\u011b\u010dnost je jedna z\u00a0nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch emoc\u00ed. Vd\u011b\u010dnost v\u011bt\u0161inou c\u00edt\u00edme a\u017e zp\u011btn\u011b, a\u017e kdy\u017e se n\u00e1m stane n\u011bco dobr\u00e9ho. Kdy\u017e budeme ale c\u00edtit za n\u011bco, co bychom cht\u011bli, vd\u011b\u010dnost u\u017e dop\u0159edu, je to daleko efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a rychlej\u0161\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak n\u011bjak\u00e9ho k\u00fd\u017een\u00e9ho v\u00fdsledku dos\u00e1hnout. Proto je tak \u00fa\u017easnou metodou i ka\u017edodenn\u00ed praktikov\u00e1n\u00ed vd\u011b\u010dnosti. Pokud budete ka\u017ed\u00fd den proci\u0165ovat vd\u011b\u010dnost by\u0165 jen za mali\u010dkosti, budete si do \u017eivota p\u0159itahovat v\u00edce a v\u00edce v\u011bc\u00ed, lid\u00ed a z\u00e1\u017eitk\u016f, za kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt vd\u011b\u010dn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #df9896;\">Pokud budete c\u00edtit vd\u011b\u010dnost, radost, \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed a l\u00e1sku dnes a ka\u017ed\u00fd dal\u0161\u00ed den, za\u010dnete si\u00a0do \u017eivota p\u0159itahovat v\u00edce zku\u0161enost\u00ed, ze kter\u00fdch budete m\u00edt v\u00edce radosti, budete se c\u00edtit \u0161\u0165astn\u00e1, budete za n\u011b vd\u011b\u010dn\u00e1.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Va\u0161e my\u0161lenky a va\u0161e emoce ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed ka\u017edou va\u0161i bu\u0148ku, ka\u017ed\u00fd atom ve va\u0161em t\u011ble. Tam, kam zam\u011b\u0159\u00edte pozornost, tam po\u0161lete energii. Proto je mo\u017en\u00e9 si sv\u00fdm negativn\u00edm my\u0161len\u00edm zp\u016fsobit zdravotn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee, ale tak\u00e9 je mo\u017en\u00e9 pouhou my\u0161lenkou pozitivn\u011b ovlivnit sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed nebo dokonce zdrav\u00ed n\u011bkoho jin\u00e9ho (na tomto principu je zalo\u017eena i <a href=\"https:\/\/pavlinajirouskova.com\/cs\/sluzba\/kvantova-lecba\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">kvantov\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba<\/span><\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pokud chcete vizualizovat sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, a\u0165 u\u017e jde o n\u011bco, co je vid\u011bt (nap\u0159\u00edklad ekz\u00e9m), nebo o n\u011bco v\u00edce abstraktn\u00edho (jako je funkce \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy), m\u016f\u017eete si p\u0159edstavovat bu\u010f konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed zahojen\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee (tedy nap\u0159. hladkou, jemnou a vl\u00e1\u010dnou k\u016f\u017ei), ale je\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je ujasnit si, jak\u00e9 emoce chcete c\u00edtit, a\u017e toho dos\u00e1hnete. Tak\u017ee nap\u0159\u00edklad u pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se \u0161t\u00edtnou \u017el\u00e1zou si m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159edstavovat, \u017ee jste zdrav\u00e1, pln\u00e1 energie, \u017ee m\u00e1te tak dobr\u00e9 laboratorn\u00ed v\u00fdsledky, \u017ee v\u00e1m l\u00e9ka\u0159 \u0159ekl, \u017ee u\u017e nemus\u00edm br\u00e1t l\u00e9ky apod.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nejlep\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem je si p\u0159ed vizualizac\u00ed sepsat aspo\u0148 \u010dty\u0159i nebo p\u011bt takov\u00fdchto bod\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou pro v\u00e1s relevantn\u00ed (co m\u00e1 b\u00fdt v\u00fdsledkem), a pak si d\u00e1le napi\u0161te, jak\u00e9 u toho chcete c\u00edtit emoce, nap\u0159. \u017ee jste \u0161\u0165astn\u00e1 a vd\u011b\u010dn\u00e1, proto\u017ee u\u017e jste zdrav\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u016f\u017eete a nemus\u00edte si v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u0159edstavovat samotnou \u0161t\u00edtnou \u017el\u00e1zu. Pokud si ale chcete vizualizovat konkr\u00e9tn\u011b \u0161t\u00edtnou \u017el\u00e1zu, tak si t\u0159eba m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159edstavovat, \u017ee ji s ka\u017ed\u00fdm n\u00e1dechem pos\u00edl\u00e1te skrze sv\u016fj dech b\u00edl\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010div\u00e9 sv\u011btlo nebo l\u00e9\u010divou energii nebo \u017ee m\u00e1te m\u00edsto \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy rozkvetlou kv\u011btinu. Ale v\u017edy jsou nesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 ty souvisej\u00edc\u00ed emoce. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bt, jak se chcete c\u00edtit, jak\u00e9 emoce chcete c\u00edtit, a\u017e \u017e\u00e1dan\u00e9ho v\u00fdsledku dos\u00e1hnete. T\u00edm si ten \u017e\u00e1dan\u00fd v\u00fdsledek p\u0159ivol\u00e1te, p\u0159it\u00e1hnete.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pokud budete \u010dekat na okolnosti ve vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm sv\u011bt\u011b, abyste mohla b\u00fdt \u0161\u0165astn\u00e1 a zdrav\u00e1, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b se to nikdy nestane nebo to bude trvat velmi dlouho. Je t\u0159eba zm\u011bnit sv\u016fj p\u0159\u00edstup a hledat \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed i zdrav\u00ed uvnit\u0159 sebe. T\u00edm, \u017ee zm\u011bn\u00edte sv\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, sv\u00e9 my\u0161lenky, sv\u00e9 emoce a svou energii, za\u010dnete si do \u017eivota p\u0159itahovat jin\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti, jin\u00e9 lidi, jin\u00e9 v\u011bci, ale pr\u00e1v\u011b i lep\u0161\u00ed zdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nesta\u010d\u00ed ale p\u00e1r minut denn\u011b meditovat a vizualizovat si r\u016f\u017eovou budoucnost a pak po zbytek dne myslet negativn\u011b a jet d\u00e1l ve star\u00fdch kolej\u00edch. Vizualizace je jednou z praktik, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edvat. M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt mocn\u00fd n\u00e1stroj, ale stejn\u011b jako u meditace je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 vizualizaci praktikovat pravideln\u011b. M\u016f\u017eete za\u010d\u00edt pomalu, meditovat a vizualizovat p\u00e1r minut denn\u011b, ale dokud vy sama tomu nebudete v\u011b\u0159it, \u017ee je mo\u017en\u00e9, abyste se uzdravila, pak to p\u016fjde jen zt\u011b\u017eka. Jeden z m\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee je t\u0159eba tak dlouho z\u016fstat v meditaci \u010di vizualizaci, dokud neuv\u011b\u0159\u00edte, \u017ee u\u017e to nen\u00ed jen vizualizace, ale \u017ee u\u017e je to skute\u010dnost. M\u016f\u017eete si tak do \u017eivota p\u0159it\u00e1hnout vysn\u011bn\u00fd vztah, pr\u00e1ci nebo cokoliv jin\u00e9ho. Princip je stejn\u00fd. Nejprve si mus\u00edte ujasnit, co konkr\u00e9tn\u011b si do \u017eivota chcete p\u0159it\u00e1hnout, a pak si uv\u011bdomit, jak\u00e9 emoce chcete c\u00edtit, a\u017e toho dos\u00e1hnete. Existuj\u00ed i lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed si vizualizovali dokonce i v\u00fdhru v loterii. Ale m\u016f\u017eete za\u010d\u00edt u mal\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed. Mn\u011b se nap\u0159\u00edklad st\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee si vzpomenu na n\u011bco, co bych v tu chv\u00edli pot\u0159ebovala (m\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt nap\u0159\u00edklad sponka do vlas\u016f, kdy\u017e fouk\u00e1 v\u00edtr a vlasy mi padaj\u00ed do obli\u010deje) a v dal\u0161\u00edm okam\u017eiku o to zakopnu. Nejsou to n\u00e1hody. Takov\u00e1 je s\u00edla z\u00e1m\u011bru v kvantov\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. Kam zam\u011b\u0159\u00edte pozornost, tam jde energie. Z nekone\u010dn\u00e9ho pole mo\u017enost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se m\u016f\u017eou v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm okam\u017eiku st\u00e1t, si do \u017eivota p\u0159it\u00e1hnete pr\u00e1v\u011b tu, na
