Jak praktikovat sebel\u00e1sku? M\u016f\u017eete za\u010d\u00edt t\u00edm, \u017ee si na sebe ud\u011bl\u00e1te \u010das, uv\u011bdom\u00edte si, \u017ee vy mus\u00edte b\u00fdt sami pro sebe na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b a napln\u00edte sv\u00e9 pot\u0159eby, nasyt\u00edte t\u011blo, mysl i du\u0161i.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zp\u016fsob\u016f jak se m\u00edt r\u00e1da je spousta a tento \u010dl\u00e1nek by byl moc dlouh\u00fd, kdybych se sna\u017eila sem vecpat najednou v\u0161echny, o kter\u00fdch si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Proto toto t\u00e9ma rozd\u011bl\u00edm je\u0161t\u011b na v\u00edce \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ne\u017e jsem si p\u016fvodn\u011b myslela. Po dobu p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch n\u011bkolika t\u00fddn\u016f m\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky budou tematicky zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na sebel\u00e1sku jako n\u00e1stroj k uzdraven\u00ed a postupn\u011b se budu d\u00edvat na to, jak m\u016f\u017eete sebel\u00e1sku do sv\u00e9ho \u017eivota vn\u00e9st a jak \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b rozkl\u00ed\u010dovat a odbourat pocity m\u00e9n\u011bcennosti, nedostate\u010dnosti nebo dokonce nen\u00e1visti k sob\u011b a ke sv\u00e9mu t\u011blu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u00e9matem dne\u0161n\u00edho \u010dl\u00e1nku bude <strong>uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>. V\u00a0dal\u0161\u00edch d\u00edlech t\u00e9to s\u00e9rie o sebel\u00e1sce se zam\u011b\u0159\u00edm nap\u0159\u00edklad na vd\u011b\u010dnost, na to, jak dos\u00e1hnout sebel\u00e1sky pomoc\u00ed EFT nebo na v\u00fd\u017eivu pro t\u011blo i du\u0161i.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Po uve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/pavlinajirouskova.com\/cs\/cesta-ke-zdravi-je-cestou-sebelasky-aneb-jak-se-zacit-mit-rada-a-zbavit-se-ekzemu\/\">\u010dl\u00e1nku z\u00a0minul\u00e9ho t\u00fddne<\/a> mi jedna pan\u00ed psala, \u017ee se nem\u00e1 r\u00e1da a nev\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm to je.<\/p>\n<p>Co tedy s t\u00edm?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>P\u0159\u00ed\u010diny nedostatku sebel\u00e1sky podle m\u011b v\u011bt\u0161inou sahaj\u00ed hluboko do va\u0161eho d\u011btstv\u00ed.<\/strong> <strong>Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f je d\u016fvodem to, \u017ee se v\u00e1m nedost\u00e1valo l\u00e1sky od jednoho z\u00a0rodi\u010d\u016f.<\/strong> Vy jste v\u0161ak po jeho nebo jej\u00ed l\u00e1sce tou\u017eili, a\u0165 u\u017e v\u011bdom\u011b nebo nev\u011bdom\u011b. Sna\u017eili jste se matce nebo otci zavd\u011b\u010dit, ale nikdy jste pro n\u011b nebyli dost dob\u0159\u00ed. M\u016f\u017ee se tak\u00e9 st\u00e1t, \u017ee jeden z\u00a0rodi\u010d\u016f ve va\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b nefiguroval v\u016fbec nebo nap\u0159\u00edklad jste d\u00edt\u011b z\u00a0rozveden\u00e9 rodiny a to, \u017ee v\u00e1s otec \u010di matka opustili, v\u00e1s poznamenalo na zbytek \u017eivota. <strong>Mo\u017en\u00e1 o tom v\u011bdom\u011b ani nev\u00edte, ale je to ulo\u017eeno ve va\u0161em podv\u011bdom\u00ed. <\/strong>Hledali jste pak l\u00e1sku jinde, sna\u017eili jste se zavd\u011b\u010dit, zapadnout, ale nic nefungovalo. Dosud jste nikdy nebyli zcela \u0161\u0165astn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J\u00e1 jsem si to dlouho necht\u011bla p\u0159ipou\u0161t\u011bt, \u017ee bych po l\u00e1sce sv\u00e9ho otce tou\u017eila, proto\u017ee vztah s m\u00fdm otcem byl velmi komplikovan\u00fd. Ale dnes u\u017e si uv\u011bdomuji, \u017ee jsem po jeho l\u00e1sce tou\u017eila po cel\u00e9 sv\u00e9 d\u011btstv\u00ed. Sna\u017eila jsem se nedostatek l\u00e1sky od n\u011bj kompenzovat jinde. I kdy\u017e si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee u\u017e jsem si toto vy\u0159e\u0161ila, dodnes, kdy\u017e m\u00e1m n\u011bjak\u00fd probl\u00e9m, zji\u0161\u0165uji, \u017ee prap\u016fvod toho probl\u00e9mu n\u011bjak s m\u00fdm otcem souvis\u00ed. U\u017e jsem se s t\u00edm sm\u00ed\u0159ila. Je to \u017eivotn\u00ed zku\u0161enost, kterou jsem si m\u011bla proj\u00edt. Na\u0161i rodi\u010de n\u00e1s ovlivn\u00ed, a\u0165 chceme nebo ne, stejn\u011b jako je ovlivnili jejich rodi\u010de a my zase ovlivn\u00edme svoje d\u011bti. T\u00edm v\u00e1s rozhodn\u011b nechci vystresovat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pokud na sob\u011b ale vy nebudete pracovat a budete pokra\u010dovat v \u017eivot\u011b, kter\u00fd \u017eijete a jak ho \u017eijete, v \u017eivot\u011b, kter\u00fd p\u0159isp\u011bl k va\u0161im zdravotn\u00edm pot\u00ed\u017e\u00edm, s podv\u011bdom\u00fdm naprogramov\u00e1n\u00edm, kter\u00e9 va\u0161e zdravotn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee st\u00e1le p\u0159i\u017eivuje, je v\u00edce ne\u017e pravd\u011bpodobn\u00e9, \u017ee sv\u00fdm d\u011btem potenci\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159ed\u00e1te svoje programy, kter\u00e9 jsme se nau\u010dili v d\u011btstv\u00ed vy. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nikdo z n\u00e1s ne\u017eije ve vakuu a nem\u016f\u017eeme sv\u00e9 d\u011bti ochr\u00e1nit ani p\u0159ed sebou sam\u00fdmi, ani p\u0159ed jejich okol\u00edm na sto procent. O to ani nejde. Va\u0161e d\u011bti si tuto zku\u0161enost vybrali a m\u011bli si j\u00ed proj\u00edt, tak se t\u00edm rozhodn\u011b nestresujte. D\u011bl\u00e1te to tak, jak to za dan\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed a s v\u011bdomostmi a zku\u0161enostmi, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1te v tuto danou dobu, nejl\u00e9pe um\u00edte. Ale v\u017edy je co zlep\u0161ovat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abychom ale n\u011bco mohli zm\u011bnit, v\u017edy je pot\u0159eba za\u010d\u00edt pr\u00e1v\u011b uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00edm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Zat\u00edm jsem se nesetkala s\u00a0nik\u00fdm, kdo by m\u011bl ekz\u00e9m a nem\u011bl by n\u011bjak\u00fd probl\u00e9m, souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s\u00a0nedostatkem l\u00e1sky nebo komplikovan\u00fdm vztahem s jedn\u00edm z\u00a0rodi\u010d\u016f. <\/strong>Jeliko\u017e toto souvis\u00ed s\u00a0na\u0161\u00edm ran\u00fdm d\u011btstv\u00edm, jsou tyto programy ulo\u017eeny \u010dasto opravdu hluboko ve va\u0161em podv\u011bdom\u00ed.
