Prav\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny va\u0161ich pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed jsou daleko hlub\u0161\u00ed a zm\u011bna stravov\u00e1n\u00ed je nevy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159\u00ed\u010diny jsou sice pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho individu\u00e1ln\u00ed, ale <strong>velkou roli v\u017edy hraje jednak vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vnit\u0159n\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed \u010dlov\u011bka, tedy va\u0161e podv\u011bdom\u00e9 my\u0161lenky a emoce, chronick\u00fd stres, nedostatek sebel\u00e1sky, nebo r\u016fzn\u00e1 emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed traumata, kter\u00e1 na v\u00e1s dlouhodob\u011b p\u016fsob\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny bohu\u017eel m\u00e1lokdy p\u0159ijdete sami, proto\u017ee v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b \u017eijeme v hlav\u011b, ve stresu, v zajet\u00ed sv\u00fdch my\u0161lenek, sv\u00fdch omezuj\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed a podv\u011bdom\u00fdch program\u016f a nejsme spojeni sami se sebou, se sv\u00fdm t\u011blem, ani se svou du\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pro to, abyste sv\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee vy\u0159e\u0161ili je pot\u0159eba j\u00edt do hloubky, do va\u0161eho podv\u011bdom\u00ed, na \u00farove\u0148 va\u0161\u00ed du\u0161e a \u010dasto je\u0161t\u011b hloub\u011bji.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Va\u0161e chronick\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee nevznikly p\u0159es noc. Zakl\u00e1dali jste si na n\u011b po dobu n\u011bkolika let a mnohdy i n\u011bkolika desetilet\u00ed nebo dokonce v\u00edce \u017eivot\u016f!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To ale tro\u0161ku odb\u00edh\u00e1m a vr\u00e1t\u00edm se zp\u011bt k AIP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>P\u0159i psan\u00ed tohoto \u010dl\u00e1nku jsem vych\u00e1zela z m\u00fdch vlastn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed, ze zku\u0161enost\u00ed nes\u010detn\u00fdch \u010dlen\u016f m\u00e9 facebookov\u00e9 skupiny, kter\u00e1 byla p\u016fvodn\u011b zam\u011b\u0159ena \u010dist\u011b na AIP, ale i ze zku\u0161enost\u00ed s pr\u00e1ce s m\u00fdmi klientkami, kter\u00e9 ke mn\u011b p\u0159i\u0161ly pot\u00e9, co AIP vyzkou\u0161ely a protokol jim nijak nepomohl (a v mnoh\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech dokonce p\u0159it\u00ed\u017eil).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Autoimunitn\u00ed protokol je dnes hodn\u011b popul\u00e1rn\u00ed, stejn\u011b jako spousta dal\u0161\u00edch terapeutick\u00fdch diet a protokol\u016f (GAPS, LCHF, paleo atd.). J\u00e1 jsem si j\u00edm p\u0159ed p\u00e1r lety sama pro\u0161la s\u00a0velkou nad\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee se kone\u010dn\u011b zbav\u00edm sv\u00fdch \u010detn\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b atopick\u00e9ho ekz\u00e9mu, v\u00edce ne\u017e stovky potravinov\u00fdch intoleranc\u00ed a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 funkce \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U\u017e p\u0159edt\u00edm jsem vyzkou\u0161ela stravov\u00e1n\u00ed podle ajurv\u00e9dy, veganskou stravu, paleo i nespo\u010det r\u016fzn\u00fdch dopl\u0148k\u016f a terapi\u00ed, abych se sv\u00fdch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed zbavila. V AIP jsem vkl\u00e1dala velk\u00e9 nad\u011bje, proto\u017ee jsem m\u011bla v t\u00e9 dob\u011b u\u017e hodn\u011b na\u010dteno, absolvovala jsem kurzy v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9ho poradenstv\u00ed a tak\u00e9 jsem \u010detla hodn\u011b o tom, jak AIP pomohlo lidem, kter\u00fdm p\u0159edt\u00edm nic jin\u00e9ho nezab\u00edralo. Kdy\u017e mi ho pak navrhla i m\u00e1 tehdej\u0161\u00ed poradkyn\u011b a mentorka, rozhodla jsem se, \u017ee to zkus\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">AIP je velmi restriktivn\u00ed protokol, vy\u0159azuje ve\u0161ker\u00e9 potraviny, kter\u00e9 by mohly potenci\u00e1ln\u011b vyvolat n\u011bjakou reakci va\u0161eho imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu (na z\u00e1kladn\u00ed diet\u011b je povolen\u00e9 je jen velmi mal\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed potravin, tedy jen n\u011bkter\u00e1 zelenina, maso a vnit\u0159nosti v bio kvalit\u011b a omezen\u011b ovoce), ale <strong>\u0159ekla jsem, si \u017ee mi to za to stoj\u00ed, \u017ee chci b\u00fdt u\u017e kone\u010dn\u011b zdrav\u00e1. Dala bych za to tenkr\u00e1t v\u0161echno. Byla jsem nemocn\u00e1, zoufal\u00e1 a nech\u00e1pala jsem, pro\u010d se mi to d\u011bje.<\/strong> Tonouc\u00ed se st\u00e9bla chyt\u00e1, jak se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1. <strong>M\u011bla jsem pocit, \u017ee v\u0161echno ostatn\u00ed u\u017e jsem vyzkou\u0161ela a nic jin\u00e9ho mi nezb\u00fdv\u00e1.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Svou cestu a z\u00edskan\u00e9 informace jsem tak\u00e9 za\u010dala sd\u00edlet online, proto\u017ee v \u010de\u0161tin\u011b tehdy \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 informace o AIP nebyly a j\u00e1 v\u011b\u0159ila, \u017ee t\u00edm pom\u016f\u017eu i dal\u0161\u00edm lidem. Jeliko\u017e mn\u011b ale tenkr\u00e1t AIP samo o sob\u011b ani po t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 p\u016fl roce dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9to striktn\u00ed diety nepomohlo a stejn\u011b tak i v\u00edm, \u017ee nepomohlo ani spoust\u011b dal\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed se touto cestou vydali, rozhodla jsem se napsat tento \u010dl\u00e1nek, ne proto abych v\u00e1s od AIP odrazovala, ale proto, abyste m\u011bli co nejv\u00edce informac\u00ed, ne\u017e a pokud se rozhodnete do AIP pustit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Ne\u0159\u00edk\u00e1m, \u017ee by v\u00e1m AIP nemohlo pomoci, z\u00e1kladn\u00ed my\u0161lenka je mo\u017en\u00e1 dobr\u00e1 a pokud se dodr\u017euje spr\u00e1vn\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bku do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry pomoci. Vid\u00edm tu ale n\u011bkolik z\u00e1sadn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 hraj\u00ed v jeho neprosp\u011bch.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #df9896;\">I kdy\u017e aip nen\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9 dodr\u017eovat, proto\u017ee je to velmi restriktivn\u00ed protokol, za\u010d\u00edt na sob\u011b pracovat a zm\u011bnit ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b to, co nefunguje a co mohlo p\u0159isp\u011bt ke vzniku va\u0161ich pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed je mnohdy je\u0161t\u011b t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Prvn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem b\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee se lid\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 soust\u0159ed\u00ed na v\u00fd\u017eivovou \u010d\u00e1st protokolu a zanedb\u00e1vaj\u00ed jeho ostatn\u00ed pil\u00ed\u0159e. <\/strong>Stravovac\u00ed protokol AIP nen\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9 dodr\u017eet a chce to silnou v\u016fli, proto\u017ee mus\u00edte vy\u0159adit ze sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku \u010dasto velkou v\u011bt\u0161inu toho, na co jste zvykl\u00ed, je st\u00e1le jeho nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edm krokem. Dr\u017eet \u201edietu\u201c zvl\u00e1dne do jist\u00e9 m\u00edry ka\u017ed\u00fd. <strong>Za\u010d\u00edt ale na sob\u011b pracovat a zm\u011bnit ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b to, co nefunguje a co mohlo p\u0159isp\u011bt ke vzniku va\u0161ich pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, to u\u017e tak jednoduch\u00e9 nen\u00ed<\/strong>. <strong>Nav\u00edc, pokud neodhal\u00edte prav\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny va\u0161ich pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed a neza\u010dnete je aktivn\u011b \u0159e\u0161it, pak se daleko nedostanete.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Je t\u0159eba si tedy uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee AIP je celostn\u00ed protokol a nesoust\u0159edit se pouze na stravu.<\/strong> Ide\u00e1ln\u011b bych v\u00e1m doporu\u010dila vyhledat odbornou pomoc n\u011bkoho, kdo v\u00e1m s odhalen\u00edm a odstran\u011bn\u00edm p\u0159\u00ed\u010din va\u0161ich pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed pom\u016f\u017ee. Ide\u00e1ln\u011b n\u011bkoho, kdo se stejn\u011b jako j\u00e1 zab\u00fdv\u00e1 jednak celostn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstupem, tedy \u0159e\u0161\u00ed va\u0161e pot\u00ed\u017ee na \u00farovni nejen t\u011bla, ale i mysli a du\u0161e. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby v\u00e1m mohl pomoci odstranit p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny va\u0161ich pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed nejen na \u00farovni va\u0161eho fyzick\u00e9ho t\u011bla, ale i va\u0161eho podv\u011bdom\u00ed, va\u0161ich emoc\u00ed, va\u0161eho energetick\u00e9ho t\u011bla i va\u0161\u00ed du\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #df9896;\">Zap\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed a vyp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed gen\u016f ovliv\u0148uje prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m \u017eijete, a to nejen prost\u0159ed\u00ed vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce prost\u0159ed\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed, tedy va\u0161e my\u0161lenky a emoce.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>P\u0159\u00ed\u010diny va\u0161ich pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed mohou b\u00fdt genetick\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu, dnes u\u017e ale d\u00edky epigenetice v\u00edme, \u017ee genetika m\u00e1 na sv\u011bdom\u00ed jen velmi mal\u00e9 procento chronick\u00fdch nemoc\u00ed.<\/strong> U genetiky jde u chronick\u00fdch nemoc\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou sp\u00ed\u0161e o n\u011bjak\u00e9 genetick\u00e9 predispozice, kter\u00e9 v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017eete sami ovlivnit. Dnes u\u017e se toti\u017e v\u00ed, \u017ee <strong>expresi (tedy zap\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed a vyp\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed gen\u016f) ovliv\u0148uje prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m \u017eijete. M\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt o prost\u0159ed\u00ed vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed (o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed, toxick\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, pl\u00edsn\u011b, strava, sp\u00e1nek, \u017eivotn\u00ed styl a podobn\u011b), ale je\u0161t\u011b \u010dast\u011bji jde o prost\u0159ed\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed (chronick\u00fd stres, negativn\u00ed my\u0161lenky a emoce, omezuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, energetick\u00e9 bloky, rodov\u00e1 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e atd.).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #df9896;\">Stres a emo\u010dn\u00ed vyp\u011bt\u00ed m\u00e1 vliv na va\u0161e celkov\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, na va\u0161e hormony, na va\u0161i imunitu, na va\u0161e tr\u00e1ven\u00ed a na v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed procesy ve va\u0161em t\u011ble.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>V\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b jsme v\u0161ichni pod men\u0161\u00edm \u010di v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm tlakem a stresem, neseme si traumata a programy z\u00a0d\u011btstv\u00ed a dosp\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a chronick\u00fdch nemoc\u00ed st\u00e1le p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1.<\/strong> \u010cast\u011bji jsou zasa\u017eeny \u017eeny, proto\u017ee se v\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b nemus\u00ed u\u017e jen starat o d\u011bti a dom\u00e1cnost, ale mus\u00ed tak\u00e9 zvl\u00e1dat v\u0161echno ostatn\u00ed jako mu\u017ei, a je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159i tom dob\u0159e vypadat. <strong>Stres a emo\u010dn\u00ed vyp\u011bt\u00ed m\u00e1 vliv na na\u0161e celkov\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, na na\u0161e hormony, na na\u0161i imunitu, na na\u0161e tr\u00e1ven\u00ed a na v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed procesy v\u00a0t\u011ble<\/strong> (v\u00edce o vlivu stresu a va\u0161e zdrav\u00ed a jak mu m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159edch\u00e1zet si m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159e\u010d\u00edst nap\u0159\u00edklad v m\u00e9m bezplatn\u00e9m ebooku <a href=\"https:\/\/pavlinajirouskova.com\/cs\/sluzba\/ebook-10-tipu-na-zvladani-stresu\/\">10 tip\u016f na zvl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed stresu<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mn\u011b osobn\u011b k p\u0159ekon\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed pomohlo p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm EFT, kvantov\u00e1 l\u00e9\u010dba, intuitivn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010den\u00ed, v\u011bdom\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k \u017eivotu, spojen\u00ed sama se sebou a se svou intuic\u00ed a dlouhodob\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce na sob\u011b.<\/strong> J\u00e1 ve sv\u00e9 praxi v\u0161echny tyto metody nejrad\u0161i kombinuji, proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 p\u016fsob\u00ed na trochu jin\u00e9 \u00farovni. Spousta z\u00a0v\u00e1s tak\u00e9 za\u0159azuje potraviny p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rychle, ani\u017e byste sledovali reakce na za\u0159azovan\u00e9 potraviny. Znovuza\u0159azov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 p\u0159esn\u00e1 pravidla, kter\u00e1 by se m\u011bla dodr\u017eovat, aby bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 vysledovat p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9 reakce na za\u0159azovan\u00e9 potraviny.
