Je pot\u0159eba, abyste byla co nejzdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vy i v\u00e1\u0161 partner.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>M\u016f\u017eu p\u0159irozen\u011b ot\u011bhotn\u011bt a m\u00edt zdrav\u00e9 miminko, kdy\u017e nejsem sama \u00fapln\u011b zdrav\u00e1?<\/strong> Tuto ot\u00e1zku jsem si d\u0159\u00edve kladla celkem \u010dasto. Tou\u017eila jsem po miminku, a p\u0159itom jsem m\u011bla strach, \u017ee kdy\u017e ot\u011bhotn\u00edm, p\u0159enesu sv\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my na sv\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b nebo mu zp\u016fsob\u00edm n\u011bjak\u00e9 jin\u00e9. Dnes u\u017e zdrav\u00e1 jsem a jsem p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00e1, \u017ee ot\u011bhotn\u00edm a budu m\u00edt zdrav\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b (nebo d\u011bti), a\u017e p\u0159ijde ten spr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u010das. U\u017e n\u011bkolik let tou\u017e\u00edm po tom, abych ot\u011bhotn\u011bla a stala se maminkou. Velkou \u010d\u00e1st z t\u011bchto posledn\u00edch p\u00e1r let jsem ale byla neust\u00e1le ve stresu kv\u016fli n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci a sna\u017eila jsem se zbavit nespo\u010dtu zdravotn\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, kter\u00fdmi jsme trp\u011bla p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm d\u00edky v\u0161emu tomu stresu, ale i kv\u016fli star\u00fdm traumat\u016fm a podv\u011bdom\u00fdm program\u016fm, kter\u00e9 jsem si nesla z minulosti. Musela jsem na sob\u011b a sv\u00e9m zdrav\u00ed hodn\u011b zapracovat a st\u00e1le na sob\u011b pracuji. Dnes u\u017e ale v\u00edm, \u017ee <strong>miminko p\u0159ijde v ten spr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u010das<\/strong> a \u017ee jsem si t\u00edmto \u010dek\u00e1n\u00edm a touto p\u0159\u00edpravnou f\u00e1z\u00ed m\u011bla proj\u00edt, abych byla sv\u00fdm d\u011btem tou nejlep\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enou maminkou a abych mohla pom\u00e1hat v\u00e1m na va\u0161\u00ed cest\u011b ke zdrav\u00ed, ale n\u011bkter\u00fdm z v\u00e1s i ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed plodnosti a n\u00e1sledn\u011b k mate\u0159stv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u011bkter\u00e9 \u017eeny \u010dasto za\u010dnou \u0159e\u0161it, co by m\u011bly v\u00a0t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed d\u011blat a\u017e tehdy, kdy\u017e ot\u011bhotn\u00ed, nebo v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdy ot\u011bhotn\u011bt nemohou, b\u011bhaj\u00ed po doktorech, kte\u0159\u00ed je ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f jen je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce vystresuj\u00ed, \u017ee jim ut\u00edk\u00e1 \u010das a \u017ee pokud do roka (respektive do p\u016fl roku, pokud je v\u00e1m nad p\u011btat\u0159icet) neot\u011bhotn\u00ed, pak se to mus\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt n\u011bjak \u0159e\u0161it. Co\u017e bohu\u017eel \u010dasto znamen\u00e1, \u017ee do v\u00e1s za\u010dnou cp\u00e1t um\u011bl\u00e9 hormony nebo v\u00e1s na\u017eenou do reproduk\u010dn\u00edho centra a posl\u00e9ze na inseminaci nebo rovnou na IVF. Ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed se p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny neplodnosti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Skoro \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd z l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f nemluv\u00ed o d\u016fle\u017eitosti kvalitn\u00ed plnohodnotn\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy, vlivu stresu a va\u0161ich my\u0161lenek na ot\u011bhotn\u011bn\u00ed, mo\u017en\u00fdch emo\u010dn\u00edch \u010di energetick\u00fdch bloc\u00edch nebo o va\u0161em du\u0161evn\u00edm rozpolo\u017een\u00ed.
