In this episode I talk about processing grief. It is quite a personal episode but I thought it might be helpful for some of you, as I share how I have been processing grief after my beautiful grandmother transitioned a few weeks ago.
It is so important to process emotions and don’t push them down, cover them up or run away from them. Traumatic events, such as the loss of a loved one, can contribute to creating emotional and energetic blocks in your body when not processed. Over time, it can lead to many emotional, mental, or even physical health issues.
