We are sick because we are disconnected from our true selves, from nature, from the Universe. We live in our heads instead of living in our bodies, in our hearts. We do not listen to our intuition, to our hearts. Our bodies have to scream at us, give us pain and other symptoms, otherwise we would not listen. In order to heal, it is crucial to go within and listen to your heart, listen to your body, listen to your inner voice! That is why your healing journey is a journey back to yourself.
We have been conditioned by our parents, by our communities, by society the same way our parents and their parents have been conditioned. We have all given away our power, and now it’s time to take it back! It’s time to release this conditioning. It’s time to heal these ancestral wounds and traumas, and come back to the love you are. Your true nature is unconditional love, and you are a powerful being. Your healing journey is a journey back to love.
Physical symptoms show up when you’re not listening to your inner guidance, when you are not in alignment with the highest vibration of love, when you live in fear more than you live in love, when you let your fears and limiting beliefs overcome you, when you are not present.
There’s no magic diet, no magic pill, herb, or potion. In order to heal chronic health issues, we need to wake up, and we need to go within, reconnect with your true self, and release things that are not in alignment with your true self. Release conditioning, emotional blocks, trauma, and limiting beliefs that you acquired during your life. Release all that no longer serves you. Your body is showing you the way and your heart is here to guide you.
Conscious healing is all about awakening to the truth of who you are, and release everything that is no longer in alignment with it. When you do that, healing will happen naturally as a result.
