Information on the Processing of Personal Data (privacy policy)

Pursuant to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR),
article 13 GDPR

I.

Below you may find information on the processing of your personal data by Pavlína Jiroušková, IČ: 08000531, residing: Tobrucká 764/4, 16000 Praha 6 (hereinafter “Administrator”) provided in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter “GDPR”) and related applicable data protection legislation.

The following categories of personal data may be processed: name, surname, address, email, phone number, family, health and mental state.

If the Administrator does not process your personal data on a lawful basis of a consent, there must be other lawful basis for the processing of your personal data. The Administrator may need such personal data e.g. to conclude and perform a contract with you or to meet legal obligations, and if you decide to not provide the personal data to the Administrator, it may not be possible to provide services offered by the Administrator.

III.

The purpose of processing personal data is to provide the following services:

1. Consulting, assessing and analysing the lifestyle of the Client,
2. Establishing personalized protocols including recommendations for healing purposes,
3. Education in holistic health, healing and prevention,
4. Guided meditations and healings,
5. Healing sessions,
6. Holistic health coaching in the prevention and treatment of chronic health issues, combined with EFT, quantum healing, inner voice coaching, self-development, spirituality, intuitive healing, and the like,
7. The Administrator’s recommendation for further health and wellbeing care of the Client.

The purpose of processing personal data is not to provide health care services and the Administrator is not a healthcare provider. The Administrator is not responsible for any deterioration in your health condition.

IV.

The personal data will be stored by the Administrator no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed, but no longer than for five (5) years.

V.

Source of personal data: The Client.

VI.

Personal data can be processed by the Administrator only.

VII.

The data that we provide to you for the above purposes or which we obtain during the provision of the services will be stored in a secured database. The database can be accessed only by the employees of the Administrator.

VIII.

The Administrator will not transfer your personal data to any third countries or international organisations.

IX.

The Administrator may use your personal data for automated processing (but not automated individual decision making) for the purpose of providing the services. The only consequence of such processing to you is provision of our services and the sole purpose behind automated processing is to facilitate the provision of our services.

X.

With respect to the processing of your personal data by the Administrator, you can request the Administrator:

• To give you access to your personal data, whereby you can obtain, in particular, information whether your personal data are being processed, for what purpose, what is the scope of processed data and who has been given access to your personal data, if relevant. You can also be provided with a copy of your personal data undergoing processing;
• To rectify inaccurate or incorrect data or to complete incomplete personal data;
• To erase the personal data, e.g. if the purpose of processing ceases to apply or if your personal data are processed unlawfully;
• To restrict the processing of your personal data;
• To data portability, which allows you to obtain personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the Administrator, in a structured and machine-readable format either for yourself or for another Administrator; and
• To make sure that you are not subject to any automated decision-making.
• You can also raise an objection against the processing of your personal data, should the processing of your personal data be based on the lawful basis of legitimate interest by contacting the Administrator (please see contact above), or to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
